We received an inquiry from Klip Xtreme in 2024. The purchasing manager informed us that they operate 13 subsidiaries across Central and South America, which constitute their primary market. Their main product line focuses on PC accessories.
After recommending several best-selling models, they ultimately selected the N99s due to its competitive pricing and multifunctionality.
The only drawback of the N99s is its outdated Micro charging port. As we progressed with the order, we updated the product to feature a USB-C charging port, which has become increasingly competitive in the market. Furthermore, during this upgrade process, we incorporated Bluetooth connectivity to enhance the product's competitiveness. Regarding the software required for operating the presenter: initially, our software only supported a light mode; however, at their request for a dark mode option, our software engineers successfully upgraded it to include this feature as well. Klip Xtreme also sought our assistance in applying for FCC certification. After several months of diligent work, the product passed FCC certification and received official approval.
They placed an order for 1,000 units at the end of May. The goods were completed by late June and arranged for shipment in July.
We sincerely appreciate their trust and hope that our wireless presenter will gain popularity in both Central and South American markets.
