Back in 2019, we got an email from a company in Paraguay called Victory SRL. Their purchasing manager, Mr. Kassem, was interested in buying 1,000 voice amplifiers and asked for our best price. At the time, we only had three models. He picked two of them—the S328 and S330—to get as samples. Even though he didn't place an order right away, we stayed in touch.
I made sure to keep him updated on our new products and even sent him more samples over the years. Every time he asked for new prices, I sent him a quote right away. We did have one small disagreement about the color of the product packaging, but we talked it through and found a solution that worked for both of us.
Then, in April of this year (2025), he asked me to send a proforma invoice because he wanted to place an order for 2,000 units. I sent it over immediately. We agreed on the final price and details, and he sent the full payment in May. We finished production on time and shipped everything out in July.
We're really happy that after five years of staying in contact, this client finally chose to work with us. We truly appreciate their trust, and we hope our voice amplifiers become a big success in Paraguay.
